Now that you have found the Portfolio tool within the classroom, you need to decide what to include on the Profile tab. The Portfolio tab will be where you post your artifacts related to Leadership and your signature assignment. These artifacts and assignments should be tagged for one or more skills. Additionally, since employers prefer concise information, you should include a brief synopsis of each artifact or assignment, explaining how it demonstrates your skills. This synopsis can be a short blog post, a brief PowerPoint presentation, or a short personal video. For each artifact or assignment, consider what form you will use to best showcase your leadership skills in organizational leadership and why you choose that format. The post must be a minimum of 250 words.
