Effective leadership is crucial across various settings, and understanding one's strengths and weaknesses enables purposeful growth.

Leadership Approach: I have chosen the Transformational Leadership approach to assess myself as a leader. Transformational leadership emphasizes inspiring and motivating followers to achieve extraordinary outcomes by fostering a vision, encouraging innovation, and developing followers' potential. Based on this approach, I see myself as a leader who is passionate about inspiring others, fostering collaboration, and promoting positive change. I tend to communicate a compelling vision and motivate team members through enthusiasm and support. However, I recognize that transforming leadership also requires consistent influence and adaptability, which I am continually developing.

Strengths and Weaknesses: My greatest strengths as a leader include my ability to motivate others and communicate effectively. I am passionate about inspiring my team and encouraging a shared vision. My enthusiasm can energize team members, and I am generally approachable and supportive.
