Among these influential trends are technological advancements, demographic shifts, globalization, and an increased emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Technological innovations, such as HR analytics, automation, and digital platforms, enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR functions, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions and streamline recruitment, training, and performance management processes (Ulrich et al., 2013). Demographic changes, including aging populations and increased workforce diversity, require HR professionals to develop inclusive practices and flexible policies that cater to a broader range of employee needs and expectations (Cascio & Boudreau, 2016).
