You Were To Create An Original Collection Of Poetry
Create five (5) original poems that are unified (based on a similar theme, similar structure, similar form, etc.) Your work should be organized as follows: a title page (1), place the title of the collection in the center of the paper; 2) place the author's information—name, address/contact information, and date of composition—in the lower right-hand corner of the title page; a dedication page—who are you writing the collection for, who would you like to honor, etc.; a table of contents page with page numbers; five unified poems—each on its own page(s)—making sure the page numbers coincide with those listed in the table of contents page. It should be in two formats: a collection of five poems in Microsoft Word and its PowerPoint attachment. The instructions to follow are as per the PowerPoint, which can be seen in the attachment below. There should be five different works cited.

Poems
Whispering Winds
Gentle whispers in the evening breeze,
Secrets of the earth carried with ease.
They dance through trees, a silent song,
Reminding us where we belong.
In the lull of nature’s hush,
Lies the calming, sacred rush.
Shadows and Light
In the dance of shadows and the glow of light,
Secrets unfold within the night.
Darkness whispers of fears unspoken,
While dawn’s first rays, truths awoken.
Balance hangs in silent grace,
Between shadow’s night and morning’s face.
The Bloom’s Awakening
Petals open to the morning sun,
Life’s rebirth has just begun.
Colors bursting, fragrance free,
A promise of what’s yet to be.
In every bloom, a new beginning,
Nature’s art, forever spinning.
Echoes of Silence
Stillness hums a quiet tune,
Echoes felt beneath the moon.
In silent depths, thoughts take flight,
Unseen voices in the night.
Peace resides where noise can’t reach,
In silence, lessons softly teach.
Morning’s Embrace
Sunrise paints the sky anew,
Hope begins with morning’s view.
Golden light awakens the soul,
Filling emptiness, making whole.
Each dawn a chance to start again,
With morning’s embrace, free from pain.
