For this assignment, I chose a decision that I am currently facing: selecting a graduate program specialization. I am deciding between three options: a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Master’s in Data Science, or a Master’s in Education Leadership. Each choice has different implications for my career path, future opportunities, personal interests, and life circumstances.

The factors I considered in making this decision include career goals, job market prospects, personal interest, workload intensity, and alignment with my long-term aspirations. I rated each factor based on its importance to me, such as career alignment being most critical, followed by job market demand, personal interest, and workload considerations.
