Throughout this course, I have gained a deeper understanding of myself as a learner and how the skills I develop here can be applied to various aspects of my life. One of the most significant lessons has been the importance of self-awareness and time management. These skills are essential not only for academic success but also for maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. For instance, I have learned to set realistic goals and prioritize tasks, which allows me to reduce stress and increase productivity. Additionally, I have become more reflective about my learning process, which helps me identify my strengths and areas for improvement. I plan to apply these strategies by creating weekly schedules and maintaining a reflection journal to monitor my progress and stay motivated.

Regarding my effort and performance in the course, I would rate myself as an 8 out of 10. I believe I have been consistent, engaged, and committed to my studies. I actively participate in discussions, complete assignments on time, and seek help whenever needed. However, there is always room for improvement. One area I aim to enhance is my study habits—particularly, avoiding procrastination and deepening my understanding of challenging topics. To improve, I plan to adopt the Pomodoro technique to manage my study sessions effectively and dedicate specific times for review and practice. I also intend to utilize campus resources such as tutoring sessions and study groups to reinforce my learning.

This course has significantly impacted my wellbeing journey as a student by fostering a growth mindset and emphasizing self-care.
