I vividly recall the experience I had with the human resource manager of the coca cola company. He provided me with several lectures on how to become a successful manager something that I had wanted to be in most of my life. He gave me a lot of encouragement and advised me to be serious with my class work since that was the first stage of growing to develop such a career. He even challenged me to think about managing my company and not just focused my thinking on being employed by other people.
